Power List Filters

I’m having an issue when I export a power list. When view the history, it shows the full name of the client and account. But when I export the list, it does not pull that information in. I need the export to show the full name. Any suggestions on what I’m doing wrong?

Hi Stephanie,  Can you provide a bit more info? Are you looking at the Power List > Customer list and you can see the Account ID Name field? But when you download the View History > Execution Results file, it doesn’t include the Account Name?

Hi Lila,

 

When I look at the View History, the

columns Full Name and Email but it doesn’t appear in the export. In fact, there are a few filters that do not download in the export but appear in the View History of the Powerlist in Gainsight.

 

Does that clarify?

@stephanienardone Sorry for the inconvenience. Yes, few fields are missing while exporting the Powerlist. I will update you here once we fix this issue.
