From a customer:

 

When sending an email via CTA, you have to go and manually select the correct reply to email and domain. Looking for a streamlined way to prevent having to do this. This would help minimize customer replies potentially going to the wrong email/domain. This applies to tenants that require one sender domain, but the users have a separate one.
