Often my CSM's are logging their calls with customers into Chatter on C360 pages in real time and taking notes throughout the call. If the call goes over about 20 minutes, the page time outs, and when they click Create, all of their notes are lost and an "Undefined" error appears. This is a major setback for my team as not only are notes lost, but also work needs to be repeated for no reason. Please help fix this!!!

Sorry, you and your team are facing this issue -- losing notes like this can be very frustrating. We are looking into what can be done here, including auto-save.

This is a major pain point for my CSM's as well.  Currently, they take notes on a separate program and copy paste after the call.  Auto-save would be huge.

Better note taking capabilities along with auto-save will be available in Nov release. In Nov release, this will be available in C360 but we plan to extend this feature to R360, CTAs, scorecards and other sections in future releases.
