CST - Between 10:00 PM  Saturday 12th  November  &  02:00 AM  Sunday 13th  November 2016
UTC - Between 4:00 AM to 8:00 AM Sunday 13th  November 2016
IST   - Between 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM Sunday 13th  November 2016

Queues Hold Time :  2 Hour

Activity:  Gainsight has planned a scheduled maintenance on  Production MDA-Backend infrastructure. During this maintenance Rules, Data Processor  & Data Ingestion queues will be in hold state for about 2 Hours. Soon after the deployment,  all queues will resume as normal.

There are NO Code changes going as part of this maintenance.

Gainsight Application  - SFDC  :  Momentary impact  during the maintenance window
Data Ingestion Queue - MDA :  Delay of about 2 Hours expected.
Rules Engine Queue  - MDA :  Delay of about 2 Hours expected.
Data Processor Queue - MDA :  Delay of about 2 Hours expected.
Task Processor Queue - MDA : Delay of about 2 Hours expected.
