Release notification is conflicting

I am unsure when the new release will hit production if we are being notified it is in Sandboxes TODAY (5/14/19) and it is stated to go to production the same day. Please advise.

"The Production upgrade is scheduled for May 14th"

    The notification I received in production today was that v6.3 is live in the Sandbox. I have a screenshot but for some reason my uploads are being rejected on this page. I've attempted to send you an email with the screenshot. Perhaps I received an old notification today?
