Is there a way for a CSM to receive reminder email notifications for when an upcoming task within a CTA or Objective is due?



I don't think there's a way to do that out of the box. Your best option (I think) would be to create a report of that displays upcoming CTAs that are due. Then create an Outreach or Program that that displays that report and have that trigger on a regular basis to the CSM's




We recommend as a best practice that every CSM start their day in Cockpit and sort their Cockpit by Due Date. This way they'll get a clear view of what's overdue, what's due today, and what's coming in the upcoming week. See example below:
