Remove email from active JO Program?

Hi All,

My company has decided that their sales survey link isn’t reliable and have asked that I disable the email in the nurture track until it can be resolved. However, I cannot identify how best to accomplish this. I believe I can edit the email template so it does not include the sales survey link.. but is there a way to pause a certain email in an active program?

Also, I have never paused an active program. If I pause, will more options become available? Any risk in pausing/re-activating a program?

Yes, you can Pause the Active Program. No-Risk in that process. After changing/modifying the Email Template content, just RePublish it from the Program once. And then you can Activate the program.

Yes, you can Pause the Active Program. No-Risk in that process. After changing/modifying the Email Template content, just RePublish it from the Program once. And then you can Activate the program.
