Are there any plans to introduce conditional formatting to reports?

I have a number of use cases where this would be extremely helpful.

  • Color cells based on Overall scorecard score.
  • Color cells based on opportunity probability / forecast
Hi @harriseilenberg

It is very apparant to see the value of this request. When we tried to do a quick experiment, the tables started taking longer time to load. If we have 10 such reports in a dashboard, it would add considerable time to the already large dashboard load times.

I do not think this tradeoff makes sense given the levels of current performance of the product. Will consider this if we make any headway in any angle

Any update on this? Have you re-tested since switching to the Horizon UI?

I think it would be pretty helpful having the ability to color certain rows in a tabular report depending on certain criteria, so that it jumps out quicker to users. Sorting is helpful, but is not always eye catching.

For example, if you have a table report that shows data for accounts with a QBR logged in the last 3 months, it would be nice to visually see rows highlighted in green for the accounts who had a more recent QBR, yellow for middle of the road, and red for a QBR closer to 3 months ago.

I think something like this is planned in a release Later This Year. It likely won’t apply to the scorecard widget reports, but should allow for some conditional logic if I understood correctly.
