I've been working with a customer who is wanting to report on how many times each "Customer Info" tag has been used across their entire customer base.





Currently we can report on a single tag and get the count of customers have that have tag applied, but I've found that because we are unable to apply the Tag field in the "Group By" section of a report, and also cannot aggregate the field, I'm not able to get a comprehensive list of each tag and the count of times it has been used.





If there any future plan to allow the Tag field to be used in the "Group By" section so that I'm able to apply a pivot to the field?

Hi Tom, you should be able to use Bionic Rules' pivot action to create a "Group By" report. 

















And then write that aggregated data to an MDA table.











Which you can then report on. Would this work?
