I have a report Added to the CSM dashboard called renewals.
The logic currently allows CSMs to filter their renewal dates and the results show correctly.
However, if a manager goes to that dashboard and runs a filter choosing another user and putting a specific CSMs name it comes up as NA.
The reason why this is happening is because the manager has no account assigned. But i want it so that when a manager filters for Jon Doe the filter should all accounts associated with Jon Doe up for renewal.
