Report that shows Important/Flagged CTAs

I have a report that shows open CTAs, I'd like to sort to show the flagged/important CTAs at the top, is this possible?

Hi Laura,

If you add the field called 'IsFlagged' to your report, you should be able to sort on it and have flagged CTAs show up at the top.

Please note, that sorting as show above is not persistent. So if you sort in report builder, this will not be preserved when the report shows up in 360 or Gainsight home. There is alternate, ranking. Thank you! Once I added the IsFlagged field and used the ranking it worked.
