We are in the process of getting everything in Gainsight created and part of our goals is the creation of Playbooks, Programs, Dashboards, and e-mail templates. Is there a way to report on these items by creation and modification date?
For this you can use the Configuration Details Export 🙂
Go to Analyzer → Configuration Home → Export → MDA Assets Counts + Details
Then use the tabs Playbooks, Journey Orchestrator, Dashboards, and Email Templates tabs to gather your data (note: only Dashboards and Email Templates also have the created/modified by by data, but you’ll have the created/modified on for all four)
