We'd like to Group reports based on Fiscal Quarter but it appears that we are only able to group based on calendar quarter. Is there a way to indicate Fiscal quarter in grouping?

Hi Sarah,

Reports 2.0 uses the Fiscal year definition in your salesforce org. Fiscal year configuration in salesforce is detailed here
Please let me know if you need further clarifications.

Thanks,

Thanks, Sumesh, for the quick reply! What we've found is that when we group by quarter, there is not an option to select fiscal versus calendar quarter. Filtering is fine, but grouping does not seem to allow this flexibility. Do you know how we can group based on fiscal quarter rather than calendar quarter? Thanks again.

Hi Sarah,

"Summarize by" option uses the fiscal quarter, month, and year definition by default. Ability to choose between fiscal vs calendar quarters in "Summarize by" requires an enhancement. We will add this request as a roadmap item.

Thanks,
Sumesh

would like to see this fiscal grouping as well - makes more sense for our business to view on our FY and FQ versus the Calendar year.
