Issue: We mistakingly viewed on-screen filter results as valid, then later realized the data displayed is not accurate.  





Scenario: We ran a "full" report, which displayed Showing 1-100 of 2000. This tells me Gainsight has the ability to display 2000 records, similar to SFDC. We then added an inline filter to Account Name which displayed Showing 1-25 of 25. However, when we exported from this inline filter, the accurate result was 27 in this Account's name. If Gainsight can display up to 2000 records on a query, why not either display all 27 records or display the accurate result -- in this case, Showing 1-25 of 27?





Improvement Request: When doing an inline filter, is it possible for Gainsight to refresh in order to ensure the proper result #s are displaying at the bottom of the screen?
+1 to this as well.  I have experienced this in the past as well.  The same thing can be seen at the bottom of the Customers tab at times too.
This is happening since currently the inline search only searches within 2000 not entire set. Good news, after next release (Feb) it will search through the entire data set and show all 27 records, like we do in export.
