How we add a feature that will resend an email (or NPS) to the list who have not opened or ready or initial email?

Hi Ed,
There is an MDA subject area called Email Logs that basically has one record per Contact per execution of an Outreach, and also captures different statuses and counts. What you could do is build a new Power List on Email Logs, with filters on:

There is an MDA subject area called Email Logs that basically has one record per Contact per execution of an Outreach, and also captures different statuses and counts. What you could do is build a new Power List on Email Logs, with filters on:
- Batch Name (to get to the right Outreach)
- Opened (false, if not opened at all),
- Triggered On (to make sure we pick the right execution of the Outreach, in case it was run multiple times)
- Hard Bounced & Soft Bounced (false, if there wasn't a bounce, to ensure the email was delivered)
