Rule for CTA with email tokens doesn’t fail but doesn’t create ctas if token not in rule query

The short description is, I use the rules engine to push out a cta which one task is an email from JO. There are two tokens in the email. If the two token fields are not in the rule, the rule does not fail yet it also does not create the CTAs where the tokens are missing.

The rule should throw a partial failure or not allow the save of the rule and throw an error because tokens are missing.

Jitin,

It was a one time thing so we didn't keep the rule, etc. I tried to recreate it but didn't happen again. I'll try to replicate and send some screen shots.
