Scorecard comments for NA scores

Using Rules engine to set comments when you are setting the score to NA may be the way to go here.

You cannot add helptext for N/A....do you have measures where the user is manually setting a score to N/A ?

No, all of our measures are automated. Though, as an admin I often get asked why a score would be NA. So it would be helpful to be able to add this help text there.

For example, we have a measure for AVG NPS score in the last 6 months. If the score is NA, it would be helpful for me to be able to add the help text "no NPS scores have been submitted in the last 6 months."

Got it...you can add comments while setting the score via Rules. The help text configured in scorecard, is not visible for automated measure....so might not be very useful here.
