Send "Partially Saved" survey link to participant

One of my Survey Participants shows in the Distribute tab as "Partially Saved" with a Last Activity of 5/24, however she says she submitted the survey when it first went out.  Is it possible to send her the link to her partially saved submission?

    Hi Tim,
    Customer will be able to access partially saved survey through the original link in email that was sent.
