Gainsight received notification that AWS services are experiencing a major service interruption, causing increased infrastructure failure alerts. In order to minimize the impact, some application queues have been placed in a 'pause mode'. Please see status.gainsight.com for more information and updates.
Additionally, Gainsight Go (support.gainsight.com) and our Community are also experiencing some service disruptions today for similar reasons. In particular, pages may load slowly and images may not load at all.

Zendesk, our ticketing system, has been affected by this outage. New tickets and replies to tickets are not being received when an attachment is present or when an image is embedded in the email or email signature. Please remove any attachments or images from your correspondence with support until this issue is solved.
All systems are working as expected again.
