We have encountered an error with the APIs provided by our vendor for the Sponsor Tracking feature in Gainsight. This error may affect the following services of sponsor tracking:




  • Tracking a new sponsor might fail

  • Delay in tracking pending profiles

  • Delay in sponsor change alerts


We are actively following up with the vendor about this issue. We will update this post with any further information we receive until this issue is resolved.
The issue is now resolved and sponsor tracking feature should work as usual now.
