Does anyone have any good content to help me with setting up programs?  I have found the GS documentation to be a bit hard to understand and am looking for a clean video on how to go about using programs within Survey 2.0.  I have built a survey and I only want it to be sent based on a PS Engagement closing, but when I go to set up a program the program provides all of these extra steps I do not require.  If there are any good videos or non confusing documents that other Game Changers have used, I would greatly appreciate the help!

If you are sending a survey, you’ll have to choose one of the survey models as Email Chain will not work. Generic Survey is a safe bet and allows for the most customization. If the survey is Transactional, then CSAT/Customer Satisfaction will likely be better as it can link responses to the activity (e.g. engagement record that closed).

In the Participant Setup, you need to at least do the first 3 steps to create the participant list, set the entry criteria, and map fields from your participant list to Program standard fields.

Thank you @john_apple appreciate the guidance and yes I took the training, which did help.  I was just unclear on the conditional wait, but I figured it out after some time.  Also, just trying to ensure I get the correct users selected in my sources!  Thanks again!
