Does the Shared C360 support date formatting?





I have added two date fields to the Shared C360 view, but the two fields are fomatted two different ways:





One field is formatted yyyy-mm-dd


Another field is formatted mm/dd/yyyy





They are the very same fields I have added to my 'in-platform' C360 where both fields follow my desired mm/dd/yyyy format. I have not located a way to control the formatting of the date.
It should honor the date formats configured in you Salesforce org. Btw which two sections are those where you are seeing this discrepancy ?

I'm seeing the same thing. 
I'm using Customer:Customer Start Date and Customer:Next Renewal Date.





(I would upload a screenshot, but the Community platform is issuing me an "Internal Server Error")

Have you tried sharing a link to the end user and you are seeing this issue in the shared 360 or is it in the C360 screen?

In my environment, the C360 screen is displaying dates as expected: mm/dd/yyyy.





When viewing the same fields on a Shared C360 in platform, I see a mix of mm/dd/yyyy and yyyy-mm-dd





When generating and viewing a shared link, that same mix recurs: mm/dd/yyyy and yyyy-mm-dd.





Having dates in differing formats makes the information harder to quickly digest.

We're looking at rolling out Shared 360 for our group as an option for sharing info with our Sales teams, but currently, the date formatting is definitely holding us up.  Do we have any updates on this?

We have fixed the issue and it 'll be available as part of 5.10 release.
