Social tagging is available now on the Community!

 

I'm so excited to announce that we finally have the ability to @mention members on Community posts!

 

In a post or comment, just type the @ symbol and the first few letters of a community member's name (Gainsight employee or Gainsight customer) and select the user! They will receive an email notification with your message.

 

We hope this helps you share answers and input more quickly and directly, as well as get the followup you need!
