We are a Staircase AI Customer and have Call Summary Upload turned on in Staircase AI to get Timeline entries autogenerated in Gainsight. We do not have AI Follow Up in GS CS turned on. Does anyone know whether we should turn both features on to capture the timeline entries within GS, or do the features do the same thing? Is one better than the other?
