Success Plan in local language

Hi all,

As many of you, we operate globally, and our customers speak various languages. When sharing Success Plans with customers, what is the best practice regarding language? Internally, we operate and report in English, but to be as helpful as possible to our customers, we should communicate with them in their local language.
