Success Plan: Use a different title slide than the rest of the slides

I am starting to feel like a doofus with regard to these Success Plans.

The documentation says you can optionally use a custom title layout, which I have added to my Slide Master - labeled Title - in addition to the layout named Blank,  but I cannot seem to figure out how to get the export to include my custom slide.  I have tried reordering the slide master layouts, renaming the slide master layouts, creating two Slide Masters (one Blank, one Title) each with it's own layout, and it still just exports with the basic layout (which is correctly where I want the rest of the slides to appear).

Anyone have any pointers?
Hi Jeff,

Please label the custom Title layout as Title Slide not just Title (in SlideMaster view). This should help you export your success plan with your custom title layout.

Please share your template if you still can't get it right.

Regards,

Jeevan
That worked Jeevan thank you!  Could the documentation be updated to be a little more clear on the steps to include an optional title slide for future?

Oops I spoke too soon.

So, when I changed the title to Title Slide but removed all Text fields on the Title Slide, then imported the template to GS, then exported a Success Plan, I see the Red Hat title slide, but of course it has no words on it other than the Red Hat logo.

I opened up the template in PP Edit Master, added two text fields to the Title Slide, then re-imported to GS.  I selected Title Slide under Success Snapshot and added two tokens to the first text field, Account Number and Account Name.  When I exported the success plan again, the first slide with the Account Name/Number is the same as all other slides.

I don't see an "attach" option here.  How can I get my template to you?
Thank you. The documentation is updated to reflect the required slide title name.
Jeff, Sorry to hear that it didn't work the way you expected it to. Please share your template (with Title Slide) with me (jchamarthi@gainsight.com)
