Success Plans - Objective: Can't Access or View Saved Activity

We prefer that our CSM's log Timeline activities through the Objective they're working one.

We noticed that as you are logging an activity, it automatically saves and marks it "saved." (See screenshot below)



However, when we navigate to the Timeline tab to pull up the saved Draft, there is nothing in the Drafts area. If this activity is being saved automatically, where is it being saved to?? Where can we access these saved drafts?

    Hi Faust,

    Drafts related to Objective can be viewed at Cockpit section in C360 or they can also be found at Global Timeline tab that will be released soon.

      Oh glorious!! Thank you so much!! I'm glad it can be accessed. I think it would be better if the Draft was saved under the actual Objective in the Success Plan. However, at this point, I'm just glad we know where we can find them. :)
