My team would like the ability to hide the success plan menu item from Share 360 if no success plan exists.
Hi Sierra, do you have success plans only for specific customer segments or types? If so, you could configure a Share 360 that does not have the success plan section for use by those customers only.
Hi Dan, thanks for your reply. We do not have a consistent segmentation associated with this today, as we are just rolling success planning out to the team and are relatively early in our adoption phase. It could be viable to create a separate view without the success plan, and just allow the team to select the appropriate view depending on whether their client has a working plan or not. The biggest drawback I see with this approach is maintaining parity between views, assuming this is the only difference between the two views. Any changes made to either plan would have to be duplicated.
