Survey response rate is over 100% after survey is closed

We closed a survey and email program but then noticed the response rate in the Analytics page shows over 100%. The click through rate also shows over 100%. Not sure how that happens.

I agree something is not right here , I will recommend to open a support case so they can check this program and provide the assistance .
