Our CSMs are using Gsnap and we would like to have any Gsnap messages they send ultimately sync into the activities section of SFDC. This will provide transparency to our sales team of any CSM activities involving Gsnap.





Is there a way to do this?

We need to provide a more automated way of doing this for sure. What you can do right now is build a rule on 'Email Logs' and filter for 'Use Case = GSNAP' to get to the list of Gsnaps sent out by your team. You can then use the 'Load to SFDC' action to create Task records in Salesforce. Since Gsnap recipients don't have to be Contacts in the system, 'Email Address' would be more reliable. 'User Id' on the other hand would tell you who exactly sent it out. In cases where recipients clicked on the Gsnap link, the link itself should also be available to you to report on.





Hope this works as an interim solution.
