Timeline activities sync over to SF activities on the Account record. Is there any way to sync those activities to other SF locations, specifically Opportunities? We're interested in creating a Meeting in the Timeline and syncing it over as an Event in SF, ideally related to an Opportunity.
The broad use case is CSMs that have revenue expansion responsibilities. How are orgs using GS to support upsell?

Hey Mark! Thanks for the question! Timeline activities do sync as an Activity. However, since your broader question is around expansion responsibilities, we suggest a workflow as the following:
1. Identify triggers that indicate an upsell.
2. Create a CTA with a linked Salesforce opportunity / or allow the ability to create a new opportunity from the CTA.
3. Make Timeline updates of type renewal. Manage the expansion opportunity from this CTA.
4. Make these updates visible to your sales team via the opportunity + Timeline via opportunity widget (if they have Gainsight's viewer's licenses)
