I sometimes need to tag a colleague in an activity after e.g. a meeting. However, what happens if this person only has access to Salesforce and not Gainsight? Will the email notification then send them to a ‘dead’ link or will it work as intended but in Salesforce?

+5From my experience, they would need to have access to Gainsight as the link directs to the Gainsight Timeline record.
+1If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
