For users of support.gainsight.com, search is currently not working. The problem is also impacting search from our in-app help center in the Gainsight app.
Our vendor is investigating the cause of the issue. I'll provide an update as soon as one is available.
In the meantime, you can search for topics from Google search (or another search tool), and open articles from there.
