The CSMs want the CTA status to move to 'Work in Progress' when the first playbook task is completed.

What's the best way to accomplish that? Is there an OOB functionality/setting they should be using?

Unfortunately I don't believe there is a way to do what you're asking. They would have to manually change the CTA status to Work in Progress. This would be an enhancement request.

Hi,

We don't have any built in functionality to do this currently. But, if you want to achieve this using Salesforce process builder, I have attached a video on how to do this .

This is most definitely not a solution. Just a workaround.
