Hi Melissa, it's not on the short-term (this quarter) plans. That having said, this is something that completely makes sense to do. Not just metrics, but even storing the conversations (especially as we move into semi-automation use case, which is planned to release end of august). Thx
Is this something that is currently feasible in Copilot? Or still on the roadmap?
Has this been reviewed again? Tracking the % of replied emails for a given outreach would be a valuable KPI. Especially for our tech touch program.
