Trigger a bionic rule through an event from an external system
From 5.14 release one can trigger a bionic rule execution from an external system using Gainsight events.
Following is my attempt to show how we can trigger a rule when a file is uploaded to Amazon S3 bucket. Amazon S3 sends upload notifications via SNS, and in this video, am connecting this to Gainsight's event framework to trigger a rule. This guide is AWS ops focused and needs access to AWS account/dashboard.
