While Gainsight has long offered true NPS in dedicated survey centric areas of the CS application, it wasn't available in reporting. Now you have the ability to report on True NPS for different segments of customers using a True NPS field in the NPS Survey Response object.
This article explains how to build a report on True NPS, set the aggregation, and apply a global filter for dashboard use.
This enhancement was released in a fix on June 7 in version 6.3.4. You can also view patch release notes here.
