we have email templates in Gainsight that have tables in them ,. but if we need to remove a column (depending on the customer information) we are unable to delete it.
can you please open a feature request for this?

Hi Rozi,
Sounds like you are using the feature in email templates that allows you to embed a Gainsight tabular report in the email, is this correct? If so, can you just edit that report so that the column is deleted? If you have some customers who need that column and others that do not, you can use Multi-Variant emails with two versions of that report, where depending on the account characteristics, you would either send an email version with the extra column report or an email version without the extra column report.

Hey Dan - it's actually a table embedded in the email template directly, not a report, and the CSMs modify the table before sending out the email assist. Multi-variant might work anyhow @Rozi - and have the CSM chose which email template version they want to use (with the appropriate version of the table).
can you add 2 or 3 email templates to the same (one) CTA/playbook task for the CSM to choose from?
if not, i don't see how we can have few templates and not complicate things for CSMs

Yes, you can add multiple email tasks to a single playbook and let the CSM decide which email task they want to send. They do not need to send them all.
