I am unable to link a specific object onto CTA's. Is there a reason why some objects are restricted or how I can make it linkable?

Per docs: The SFDC objects which have at least one field with a look up to the account will be available in the Linked Objects section to link to CTAs

Yes, this object has a lookup to the account but I’m unable to link it.
Not sure what the issue is but probably worth a support ticket.
