Up the limit we can export from report builder
+2I have a customer that is requesting to up the limit on exports from report builder higher than 18MB. Would it be possible to up this limit?

When It is more than 18 MB, then it is most likely a data export than a reporting export requirement. So I suggest you to use Bionic Rules with Export to S3 option.
