Our team has discovered an issue with the mobile app that may affect some users based on their last login on mobile. They may receive a "restricted access" error when trying to access the app. We have since fixed this issue, and users will not see this error if they upgrade to the new version. This issue is resolved in v1.1.8(on iOS) and v1.0.4( on Android), and we are encouraging users to upgrade their mobile app to this version.
