Our team has discovered an issue with the mobile app that may affect some users based on their last login on mobile. They may receive a "restricted access" error when trying to access the app. We have since fixed this issue, and users will not see this error if they upgrade to the new version. This issue is resolved in v1.1.8(on iOS) and v1.0.4( on Android), and we are encouraging users to upgrade their mobile app to this version. Our team discovered a few more issues with the Gainsight Mobile app, and made the decision to remove the app for download until these issues are fixed. Below is the latest update regarding the timeline of resolving the issues with the app:
- The app is NOT available for download currently. This will be available again for download in the app store tomorrow 1/10/20
- The new version that will be available tomorrow will include the latest fixes for the issues seen recently
- The latest versions available tomorrow will no longer have the Timeline comments feature
- This will be available at the end of the month

All the issues seen recently with GS Mobile app have been fixed and pushed to Production. App is now available for downloads both in App Store and Play Store. Requesting users to upgrade to latest versions so that you have a stable bug free version for use, below are the latest versions :
- Latest version in iOS is v1.19
- Latest version in Android v1.0.5
