Uploading CSV of emails to powerlist failures

We are uploading a CSV of emails to try and create a powerlist. However, about half of the rows are failing. Some of these are because there are no contacts with that email in salesforce. However, for many of them there is a contact with that email (sometimes one, sometimes multiple). What are other reasons the records might be failing to be included in the powerlist creation?

    Never mind, I figured it out - even though there are contacts with those emails, they aren't Gainsight customers.

    The failure excel should give us more clarity, could you please share the sheet with us.

    I can't seen to attach a file, but here are some screenshots. It appears that they just failed to be returned for some reason, even though for many there are contacts with those emails.
