Uploading data into Scorecard 2.0

Has anyone needed to  upload scorecard 2.0 measure values in bulk? We are trying to upload values for 250 accounts for subjective (manual) measures (5 of them): Relationship, Proficiency, etc. We could update them manually through C360 > Scorecard section but that would take a long time.

Thanks!

    Hi @lyne_therien,

Have you tried using a Scorecard Mass Edit report? If you select one of the Unified Scorecard Fact objects in Report Builder, you can update the report type from Standard to Scorecard Mass Edit. From there, you can add each of the manual measures as well as automated measures and/or other Company details and the manual measures will be editable directly from the report.

    For example (Account names hidden):

You can even throw this report into a dashboard to use along side other reports and/or widgets.

If the measures must be manually set and updating values via Rules Engine is out of the question, this will still take some work to get through 250+ accounts and 5 measures, but this should save you some clicks.

Thanks Pele. This is what we ended-up doing. We knew that was one possibility but we were hoping to be able to mass update (upload) from a spreadsheet. GS Support confirmed that “Unfortunately it is not possible to upload scorecard 2.0 measure values in bulk. Only way is to do it manually.”

So we rolled up our sleeves and updated them manually as above.
