User Management filters do not work correctly

Hi Dan,
The filters for searching users in the table headers work only on the list displayed on the current page whereas the search on the top of the page works on the entire list of users. In your case, the entry is on the 3rd page.

Are there any plans to change this behavior? It is very confusing and different from the way column level filters work in many other software products.
