Users have not had changes to their permissions and confirmed ad blocker is not set. Multiple users reported they cannot log timeline entries and then will be able to another day without changes done to correct. Currently, two users cannot log to timeline. Is this a bug?

Hi Andrea, please contact support@gainsight.com to assist with investigating this issue. I don’t believe we’re seeing a broader problem with Timeline right now.
