Using Gainsight for activites that includes multiple customers, contacts, meetings and notes

We are looking to use Gainsight to track all activities, meetings, notes, accounts and account contacts (multiple accounts and contacts) for our CAB and Focus Groups all in 1 place.

 

Has anyone used Gainsight for this and if so please share how you did it!
