We’re expanding our tech-touch strategy to include a digital customer marketing strategy. Our new digital customer marketing team that is very experienced in using traditional marketing automation tools, and we’re struggling to position JO vs Eloqua in particular. Our products and services change quite rapidly, and as such we have a heavy reliance on tools that allow us to quick test new flows, not just email templates.
At the moment, JO doesn’t allow us to change the following after publishing:

Add or remove steps

Modify wait times
-
Change source and query
-
Change the master template
-
Verify which template the customer has viewed in a point in time
Any advice or workarounds would be helpful :)
