What is the Virtual Customer Advisory (VCA) about?
We want to build Journey Orchestrator solutions and integrations for all post-sales customer journeys and use-cases. For example:
- Solution for Renewals - to automate end to end renewal journeys from sending the first renewal reminder emails to automatically sending quotes.
- Solution for Webinars - Sending webinars invitations to the right set of contacts and closing the loop by taking actions based on if they registered/ attended.
We want to listen to your feedback and understand use-cases and their priority.
