I’m new to Gainsight and am looking for insight on Gainsight’s Merge and Fix It features.













There are currently 79 accounts with multiple Customer Info records and 50 accounts with no Customer Info.













What happens behind the scenes when “Merge” is clicked? The 79 accounts are not duplicates in Salesforce. Would like insight as to why these are appearing in Gainsight. Also can Gainsight merged records be undone? If so, how?
