I’m trying to understand the average NPS system field on the Company Object. How is this field calculated? Is it the average of all True NPS scores on the Company in the last X days? How many days does it look back?

Hello - The default is the last 6 months of data but if the last response was more than 6 months ago for a Company, then the NPS remains at the most recent value.

 

The time period can be altered in Administration > Customer Experience > Survey
